At times We did also incorporate Gloves with the Boxing, saving the tools from destruction from the Elbow blocks and catching. Sparring took place at any time and every place.

I developed my Fight IQ, and my Instinctive responses, from Decades of Martial Arts Experience, and Real Life Experiences. I've been Battle tested through some of those experiences as well as doing Scenario Training under real Pressure. Consistently doing repetitions of the correct responses. There is Definitely a Correct and Incorrect response, KNOWING what to do and where to be in relation to a threat in every situation.
I Developed my approach further through fight competitions, training and coaching Fighters, Working live fights in the The Corner of MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing Events Throughout the Country.
By Studying Fights and Violent Scenarios you can consider the different possible responses to Every second of any altercation or situation. and then test those under pressure to establish what are the best chances for being successful.

There is a psychological system to the De-escalation of a situation. Mindfulness of having an Exiting Strategy. A State of Preparedness, and Awareness combined with Knowing what to do. Having a trained response, a trained reaction, a
cognitive-behavioral movement.
Breathing Exercises and Scenario Training are all Utilized to Stimulate a Correct Response in Practice and then under Pressure .
